Edvin Elofsson

Built around speed and power, Edvin Elofsson is a rider who comes alive as the intensity rises. His level has been proven on the international stage, highlighted by a fifth-place finish in XCC at the World Cup in Nové Mesto na Morave and a victory in La Nucía early in the 2025 season - clear signs of his ability to deliver when the pace is high and the racing is tough.

Explosiveness sits at the core of Edvin’s racing. Lightning-quick off the line, decisive when it’s time to make a move, and armed with a sprint that makes him a real threat when races are decided. Hailing from Boxholm - and living up to the nickname Boxholmspower - he pairs raw strength with sharp race instinct. When the pressure is on, Edvin responds with power, speed, and a finish that speaks for itself.

What makes a “perfect day” on the bike for you?
A perfect day on the bike starts on a warm July or August morning. Up around seven, breakfast with oatmeal and toasted bread, and by nine it’s time for my favorite session - long threshold intervals where everything clicks. After that, it’s lunch, a shower, and a trip out on the Baltic Sea for some sun, fishing, and of course fika. The evening wraps up with a good dinner, a bit of foam rolling, and an early night. Simple - but hard to beat.
One fun fact about you that has nothing to do with cycling?
My all-time favorite song is “Börsa Hunn å Älgen å Jag” by Roger Bäck
